WELCOME TO THE IKIGAI ATELIER
Chloe is a half-English, half-New Zealander artist and designer whose work is shaped by her life experiences across the UK, New Zealand, Japan and Ibiza. From a young age, drawing and painting gave her a sense of purpose, as she found fulfilment in using her artistic talent to create work that resonated with those around her.

At university, Chloe began studying architecture but quickly realised her passion lay in understanding the people and environments, rather than focusing solely on buildings and blueprints. Her further studies in geography and anthropology gave her an understanding of human behaviour and the complex relationships between culture, society, and the environment. This holistic perspective led to a successful career in project management, where she combined creativity with practical solutions to meet the real needs of communities. While she enjoyed projects with creative elements, Chloe always felt drawn back to her talent in art, recognising it as her strongest and most authentic skill.
Chloe’s travels have been a significant influence, particularly her two years in Japan. Immersing herself in Japanese culture, she discovered the concept of 'ikigai'—a reason for being—which became a guiding philosophy for her studio. Now based in Ibiza, Chloe is inspired by the island’s authentic charm and natural beauty, a side often overlooked in favour of its party reputation.

The Ikigai Atelier offers a diverse range of creative services, including bespoke fine art as well as creative web services.
Whether working with individuals or businesses, Chloe’s mission is to bring ideas to life with authenticity, creativity, and care.
